Satish Goel, ZM & GM, Bank of India (BoI) was the chief guest of the function. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, ABS over the function. Hirdesh Madaan, Head (North), Bulls Eye headed the team of experts.

A panel of experts headed by Hirdesh Madaan discussed that although 2.75 lakh students appeared in CAT’08 but only around 5000 students would be able to secure their seats in the prestigious IIMs and other top B- Schools. In Chandigarh only, around 14000 students appeared in CAT’08 out of which around 800 students would be adjusted in the top B- Schools of the country. The remaining students instead of wasting one year should also secure admissions in the other B- schools of the country.
The students participated actively in the discussion and Sh. Satish Goel answered various questions regarding the educational loans before MBA and facilities provided by the banks for entrepreneurship after MBA. Students also asked Hirdesh Madaan about what all colleges and courses they can opt for with their individual CAT scores.
