Aryans Group of Colleges organized a cultural extravaganza “Rukhsat” at Punjab Kala Bhawan, Sector 16, Chandigarh today. A colorful cultural program was presented at the occasion in which B.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, Polytechnic students participated.
Mr. Rakesh Gandotra, Vice President, JK Bank, Chandigarh was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Prof D.C. Kataria, Mentor, Aryans Group presided over the event.
The function started with a devotional Ganesh Vandana by Faaiz and Group. An array of cultural programs was put up by the students of the group. A comedy dance was performed by Hanan and group.
The audience enjoyed Bhumro dance presented by Waseem and Group, Dark Monsters Dance by Praveen and Group made everyone tap their foot. This was not all, there was more like a Punjabi dance, Peepni Baja Ke by Gurjit and group and Manak Punjab Diyan performed by Jyoti and Gurpreet was enjoyed by everyone.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group stated that not only academics but co-curricular activities were an integral part of the overall development. Dr. Kataria added that he hope that his students will move ahead and do their bit to commence a constructive transformation in society.
Dr. Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group gave her blessings to the students and wished them good luck. Moreover, she emphasized upon Work is Worship and encouraged the students to do well in every sphere of life.
Dr. Manjula Kataria, Principal, Aryans College of Education, blessed the students and wished them good luck for the forthcoming examinations and for their future life.
